提供を受けることをご検討中の方へ (初めにお読みください)
はじめまして、京都を中心に関西で活動をしている精子提供ボランティアです。 このページでは提供の方針、提供者のプロフィール、提供の手順について説明しています。 精子ドナーは一般的ではないため、よくわからないことがあるかもしれません。 その場合は、メールや面談の際に気軽に相談して下さい。
それでは、提供の方針から説明していきます。
3つの提供方針
信頼される提供者になることを目的に、以下の方針で活動を行います。
1. 安全な提供方法
シリンジ法や人工授精など、性行為を伴わない提供方法を用います。
2. 出生を知る権利
近年、出生を知る権利が議論されています。 子供に出生について教えるかは提供希望者様の判断に委ねますが、子供が成人後に希望すれば面談に応じたいと思います。
3. 実費のみの請求
違法に数万円以上の費用を請求する提供者もいるようです。 自分は京都市の最寄り駅からの往復交通費、シリンジ法キットの代金(一回500円)のみを請求させて頂きます。
提供者について
20代の日本人です。 身長は175cm、血液型はA型で、遺伝性の病気はありません。 普段は大学院生として研究に取り組んでいます。 比較的時間に融通が利くのは提供希望者さんにとってメリットかもしれません。 エイズ、梅毒等の性病については事前に血液検査を行なっており、感染していないことを確認しています。
提供方法について
シリンジ法、人工授精などを提供方法として考えています。 シリンジ法とは注射器のような器具を用いて膣内に直接精液を注入する手法で、妊活などでよく活用されます。 面談時に実際の器具を用いて説明できると思います。 その他、血液検査や精液検査など、協力が必要であればご相談ください。
提供の流れ
特に要望がない限り、1.メール、2.面談、3.提供の順で行なっています。

2. 面談
喫茶店や貸し会議室などで提供方法の説明を行います。 面談場所は提供希望者様が決めていただいて結構ですが、あまり騒がしくないお店が良いと思います。 パートナーが希望する場合、パートナー同伴での面談も構いません。 面談後に提供を受けないという選択も構いません。
3. 提供
提供者を自分に決めて頂いた場合、メールで提供希望日、希望場所等をお知らせください。
最後に
自分は提供希望者様、パートナー様、生まれてくる子供、全てが幸せになって欲しいと願って活動しています。 信頼される提供者であれるよう、活動していきたいと思います。
葉酸サプリの服用について(厚生労働省から引用)
公的機関のサイトなどで、妊娠を計画した段階、及び妊娠中の女性に葉酸サプリの摂取を勧める記事が多いので情報共有します。
厚生労働省のサイトによれば、ビタミンB群の一種である葉酸は、胎児の神経管閉鎖障害のリスクを低減すると報告しています。
神経管閉鎖障害とは何かというと、脳や脊髄のもととなる神経管がうまく作られず、きちんと管の形にならないことが原因で起こる先天異常です。葉酸はこの病気のリスクを下げることができると言われています。
上記のサイトには、「妊娠の可能性がある女性が通常の食事からの葉酸摂取に加えて、いわゆる栄養補助食品から1日400μgの葉酸を摂取することによって胎児の神経管閉鎖障害の発症リスクを低減できる可能性」があると指摘しています。
葉酸は妊娠の計画段階でも摂取が重要と言われるため、今回情報共有しました。 注意点としては、サプリメントは過剰摂取により効果が増すわけでは無いことです。 用法は守ってください。
また、できる限り信頼できる情報源を引用しましたが、最終的にはお医者様の指示などに従うようお願いします。
医療機関の活用
シリンジ法について、私は提供希望者の年齢問わず提供を行っています。 しかし、シリンジ法では妊娠が難しい方、妊孕性が下がる年齢の方などについては、医療機関での生殖医療の活用も選択肢に入ってくると思います。
その場合こちらができることとしては、人工授精や精液検査用の精液の提供になると思います。 例えば、提供希望者が人工授精等の実施病院を決め、病院から受け取った容器に精液を入れて持ち込むことなどです。
生殖医療は非常に有用なものだと思います。例えば、超音波検査による排卵日予測やホルモン注射など、人工授精以外にも数多くの治療法が存在します。
ただし、多くの生殖医療において、戸籍上の婚姻関係があることを実施要件にしている病院が多いため、そうでない方がどのくらい生殖医療を活用できるかは未知数です。
医療機関の利用についても悩んでいることがあれば、面談時やメールなどで気軽にご相談ください。
シリンジ法について
精子提供の手段の一つである、シリンジ法について説明します。
シリンジ法とは注射器のような器具を用いて膣内に直接精液を注入する手法で、妊活などでよく活用されます。 例えば、この商品のような市販の医療器具を用いて行います。 この器具は、妊活用に販売されているものであるため、安全性は高いです。 提供の際は、精液を入れたシリンジを容器に入れ、駅などで受け渡す形になります。 精液の注入後10~15分間は横になってリラックスをした状態が良いと言われているため、近くに落ち着ける環境があると良いです。
妊娠しやすい時期は一般に排卵日の3日前から排卵日の翌日であると言われています。 この期間でお互いの都合の付く日に2~3回提供を行うことになります。
妊娠するまでの期間ですが、数ヶ月かかることが一般的です。 これは、通常の性行為と比較して妊娠する可能性が大きく変わる訳ではないようです。 ちなみに、25歳の女性が一周期で自然妊娠する確率は25％～30％と言われており、一回で妊娠することの方が少ないです1。
注意点としては、精子は熱や寒さに弱いため、温度によっては精子が死んでしまい、妊娠する可能性が低下することがあります。 そのため、受け渡し後は出来るだけすぐに活用する方が良いでしょう。
最後になりますが、シリンジ法以外にも人工授精などを考えている方もいると思います。 また、検査に協力して欲しいなどの要望もあるかもしれません。 気軽にメールや面談の際にご相談ください。

Introduction
I am a sperm donation volunteer who started activities in the vicinity of Kyoto. I am a graduate student in a scientific field. The reason I began this volunteer work stems from a period when I was concerned about whether there might be an issue with my testicles, as I had hit my crotch when I was younger. Recently, I had a semen analysis and found that there are no issues. During the time when I was anxious and worried, I became aware of the existence of sperm donors. Fortunately, I didn't need a donor myself, but I believe there are people who do. However, I also learned that sperm donation lacks strict regulations and troubles occur frequently. Therefore, I decided to start participating as a donor, thinking that there might be a need for reliable donors at present.
To become a reliable donor, I will follow the following policies:
1. Donations involving sexual activity will not be offered.
It goes without saying that services involving sexual activity will not be offered. While many other donors include options involving sexual activity on their websites, I believe such activities can lead to sexual assault and the spread of sexually transmitted diseases.
2. Right to know biological father for children
In recent years, there has been discussion about the right to know biological father. It is up to your decision whether to tell the child about their biological father, but I would be willing to meet with a child if the child wishes in the future.
3. Only actual expenses will be charged.
After investigating other donors' websites, some charge fees amounting to tens of thousands of yen or more. I will only charge for the round-trip transportation from the nearest station in Kyoto and the cost of the self-syringe method kit (500 yen per use).
About the donor
I am Japanese in my 20s. I am 175cm tall, have blood type A, and do not have any hereditary diseases. I have undergone blood tests in advance for sexually transmitted diseases such as AIDS and syphilis. Although I often use English in my graduate school, I am a non-native English speaker (you may need patience during conversation).
Donation methods
I am considering methods such as the self-syringe method and artificial insemination. The syringe method involves injecting seminal fluid directly into the vagina using a syringe-like instrument and is commonly used in fertility treatments. I believe I can explain this method using the actual instruments during our interview. If you consider other options, please feel free to consult.

Other Consultation Matters
Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns; I'm available to assist. While I typically conduct a meeting before the actual donation, email discussions are acceptable for advice or initial consultations.
Interview
Explanation of the method of donation will be given at places like cafes. Regarding the location for the interview, it's fine for the applicants to decide, but I think a quiet place would be preferable. If the partner wishes, it's also fine to have the interview with the partner present. Since there are various donors, please feel free to change to another donor after the interview.
Sperm Donation
After the interview, if you decide on me as the donor, please inform me of the desired date, location, method, etc. via email.

I wish for the happiness of the recipients, partners, and the children to be born. I thrive to become a trusted donor and continue my activities with that goal in mind.
